Return and Refund Policy

We at Ayurveda Indore are determined to give our customers best shopping and service experience. We take at most care in shipping correct and appropriate products within stipulated time duration. However if you receive any product which you have not ordered or you have received any other product instead of your ordered product, you can always return the product back to us. You need to inform us about the wrong product received within 3 working days.

In the case of Missing product from the order, the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours of the time of delivery. We will ship the missing part of the order at earliest after confirming the same with our operation team and order packing scans. In case delivery of such order is not possible due to any reason we will issue a refund for the missing product.

The customer needs to raise the return request with our Customer Service Team on +919827999988 or email us at www.ayurvedaindore.com  or fill out the return request form available on our website with complete details within in 3 working days from the time of purchase. How ever in case the customer makes a wrong purchase, Ayurveda Indore shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

The following rules apply to this Policy:

Once the customer raises the request for return, we will arrange for reverse pick up the item and will ship a replacement immediately or will initiate a refund as per the customer Interests but shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.

In case, Customer Refuses to accept the order, refund of the order will be processed after deducting a processing fee (min Rs.100). If the processing fees exceeds Rs.100 we will inform you before refunding.

The customer is expected to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. If he/she enters the wrong shipping address at the time of checkout  Ayurveda Indore will deduct appropriate shipping charges paid by us before issuing refund.

All returned product(s) should be unused and should be sent back along with the original box to the address conveyed by the Customer Service Team.

The refund/replacement process for any case, will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Refund will be credited to the same account by which payment was done within in 7 working days.
